NGS LEAGUE INITIATIVE

Norco Girls Softball's philosophy is to provide the youth of our community with a SAFE and POSITIVE environment. Although the emphasis is on fun and fundamental skill development, we recognize that our youngsters need to experience fitness, fair play, cooperation, and an appropriate level of competitiveness. Norco Girls Softball hopes this enables the participants to become contributing members of a team effort, develop self-confidence, and experience a sense of personal achievement.
